Question 3

What is “Get an express quote” and when should I use it?

Accepted Answer

“Get an express quote” is an option you can use at any time, even though you can configure the product yourself on the page. It’s ideal when you want to:

- Ask questions about the product or decoration
- Share specific requirements and deadlines
- Get a tailored quote for a more complex project
- Double-check pricing, timing, or special requests

A member of our team (always a real person) will review your request and respond with clear answers and a custom quote.

Question 4

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Accepted Answer

Minimum order quantities can vary by product and decoration method. Any minimums or quantity price breaks are shown in the pricing area of the product page.

If you need a different quantity than what you see, click “Get an express quote” and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

Question 5

How can I customize this product with my logo or branding?

Accepted Answer

For most products, you can customize directly on the page:

- Select a decoration method in the “Decoration method” section
- Choose available decoration locations (branding areas)
- Upload your logo or artwork, or let us know you’ll send it later
- Add any notes or special instructions

Available options may vary by product, and they’ll always be shown on the product page.

Question 6

What decoration methods are available for this product?

Accepted Answer

Decoration methods differ from product to product. To see what’s available for this item, check the “Decoration method” section on the product page. All available options will be listed there.

Question 7

Where can my logo be placed on this item?

Accepted Answer

The available decoration locations for this product are listed on the product page. Just select the location(s) you want when configuring your order, or mention your preference when requesting an express quote.

Question 8

Can I mix sizes, colors, or options in one order?

Accepted Answer

If the product offers multiple sizes, colors, or versions, you can usually mix them within the same order, as long as any overall minimum order quantity is met.

If you have a more complex breakdown (for example, many sizes or colors), you can:

- Configure as much as possible on the page, then add details in the notes, or
- Click “Get an express quote” and send us your full breakdown.

Question 9

What kind of artwork files can I upload? What if my logo isn’t print-ready?

Accepted Answer

You can upload your logo or artwork in the most common file formats. If there’s any issue with your file (quality, resolution, etc.), our team will let you know and advise what’s needed for the best results.

If you don’t have print-ready artwork, that’s fine—upload what you have or explain your idea in your quote request. We’ll review it and help you move forward.

Question 10

Will I see how my logo looks before you produce my order?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We always provide a pre‑production digital visual (proof) so you can see how your item will look with your branding, including placement and approximate size. We only move into production after you’ve approved this visual.

Question 11

Can I get a physical pre‑production sample?

Accepted Answer

Yes, physical pre‑production samples can be ordered on request for many products. This lets you see the item and your branding in real life before a full run.

If you would like a physical sample, mention it in your “Get an express quote” request or when speaking with our team, and we’ll come back to you with options and next steps.

Please keep in mind that a physical sample comes at an additional cost, as we have to set up the machinery to produce a single sample. If you decide to move forward with the order, the setup cost will be deducted from your final invoice.

Question 12

Can I request changes after seeing the digital proof?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The proof stage is there for review and tweaks. You can request changes to:

- Logo size
- Logo placement
- Text or details
- Decoration color(s), where available

We’ll update the digital visual and only proceed once you’re happy with the final version.

Question 13

How is shipping cost calculated when I enter my ZIP code on the product page?

Accepted Answer

After you configure your product (quantity, options, etc.) and enter your ZIP code, our system calculates the cheapest available delivery method for that configuration to your location. You’ll see:

- An estimated shipping cost, and
- An estimated shipping time for that method

During checkout, you’ll see additional delivery options with their own estimated shipping times, so you can choose the option that best suits your needs.

This shipping time is in addition to the production time.

Question 14

What’s the difference between production time and shipping time?

Accepted Answer

Production time is how long it takes us to prepare, decorate, and pack your order after you approve the digital visual. Many of our products have a typical production time of around 3 to 5 business days, and some offer rush options where your product can be ready to ship within one business day.

Shipping time is how long the carrier takes to deliver your order once it has left our facility.

Your total time to receive the order is approximately:

Production time + shipping time
