“Get an express quote” is an option you can use at any time, even though you can configure the product yourself on the page. It’s ideal when you want to:

What kind of artwork files can I upload? What if my logo isn’t print-ready?

You can upload your logo or artwork in the most common file formats. If there’s any issue with your file (quality, resolution, etc.), our team will let you know and advise what’s needed for the best results.

If you don’t have print-ready artwork, that’s fine—upload what you have or explain your idea in your quote request. We’ll review it and help you move forward.

Will I see how my logo looks before you produce my order?

Yes. We always provide a pre‑production digital visual (proof) so you can see how your item will look with your branding, including placement and approximate size. We only move into production after you’ve approved this visual.

Can I get a physical pre‑production sample?

Accepted Answer

Yes, physical pre‑production samples can be ordered on request for many products. This lets you see the item and your branding in real life before a full run.

If you would like a physical sample, mention it in your “Get an express quote” request or when speaking with our team, and we’ll come back to you with options and next steps.

Please keep in mind that a physical sample comes at an additional cost, as we have to set up the machinery to produce a single sample. If you decide to move forward with the order, the setup cost will be deducted from your final invoice.

Can I request changes after seeing the digital proof?

Yes. The proof stage is there for review and tweaks. You can request changes to:

- Logo placement
- Text or details
- Decoration color(s), where available

We’ll update the digital visual and only proceed once you’re happy with the final version.

How is shipping cost calculated when I enter my ZIP code on the product page?

After you configure your product (quantity, options, etc.) and enter your ZIP code, our system calculates the cheapest available delivery method for that configuration to your location. You’ll see:

- An estimated shipping cost, and
- An estimated shipping time for that method

During checkout, you’ll see additional delivery options with their own estimated shipping times, so you can choose the option that best suits your needs.

This shipping time is in addition to the production time.

What’s the difference between production time and shipping time?

Production time is how long it takes us to prepare, decorate, and pack your order after you approve the digital visual. Many of our products have a typical production time of around 3 to 5 business days, and some offer rush options where your product can be ready to ship within one business day.

Shipping time is how long the carrier takes to deliver your order once it has left our facility.

Your total time to receive the order is approximately:
